Powertec ships to virtually any address in the world. We will endeavour to ship website orders received on the same day if received before 2pm AEST. If the item is not in stock a warehouse representative will email you and advise a shipping date.

We aim to keep our shipping and handling costs to a minimum and to utilise only the most efficient of carriers.

Australian Orders

Orders being sent to an address within Australia will be shipped via Startrack Express via overnight service. Some areas may be outside of the overnight service area and take 2-3 business days. Bulky items may be shipped via road and will take 2-4 days. Extra fees apply for delivery to PO Boxes.

New Zealand Orders

95+% of orders for products that are stocked in our New Zealand warehouse and despatched to an address within New Zealand will be sent the same day using the best possible and most cost-effective delivery method. Some areas may take 2-3 business days. Bulky items may be shipped via road and will take 2-4 days. Products that are not stocked in our NZ warehouse will be shipped via the best and most cost-efficient method from Australia which is likely to be FedEx.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, if FedEx does not service a particular country DHL will be used. Alternatively, you are welcome to ship on your own freight account. Shipping times vary between countries and usually range between 2-5 days.

You will be notified by email when your order is shipped and a FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Depending on the country and value of the goods shipped your shipment may incur duties and tax charges. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes incurred when a shipment enters a country. If you have any concerns about duties and taxes please check with your local authority. If a shipment is held by customs for duties or taxes, FedEx or customs will notify you for payment.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and influenced by your location and the shipment weight. For shipping prices please add the items to your cart and then use the shipping estimator.

What Does “Available on Backorder” mean?

This means that the product is not currently in stock. Some of our products have very niche usage and it is not always suitable to hold them in stock – we can usually access products quickly. When a product is ‘Available on Backorder”, you can still order the product which we will immediately order from the supplier. In general, the delay on back-ordered products is 1 to 3 weeks but it can be as little as 2-3 days.

Your order can be shipped with or without back-ordered products at your instruction and with no extra postage costs incurred.
