CRN Impact Awards 2021 – Distribution Performance Category Winner

The CRN Impact Awards celebrate the technology providers delivering outcomes for customer organisations building Australia’s innovation economy for the future.

Spanning 11 categories, the awards chart partner success in business transformation, networking solutions, infrastructure, new software and security architectures to name a few. Formal judging to determine the winners from the 11 categories was conducted by a panel of independent industry experts.

The ‘Distribution Performance’ category recognises a specific project, campaign, initiative or service offering. This could be a discrete campaign or initiative run to support a vendor or a new service brought to market.

Powertec won the Distribution Performance award for its work with Nextivity, as the world-leading distributor of Nextivity’s CEL-FI product range, with over 150,000 installations across Australia and New Zealand. Powertec is their largest distributor by both volume and sales.

Powertec has delivered real outcomes for Nextivity by offering solutions that meet the needs of a diverse range of customers. We offer a range of solutions to meet the needs of home and office users through to those of recreational and commercial fleet vehicles all the way through to commercial enterprise-grade solutions for multi-storey buildings, warehouses, retail shopping centres, hospitals and medical centres and other large-format buildings. We also specialise in the development of creative and unusual repeater systems for our clients in mining, energy, and defence, along with long-range relay systems for isolated farms and communities. Our Project teams utilise a proven project methodology from scoping to handover and have digital RF Mapping capabilities, including IB Wave for pre-scoping coverage requirements accurately. We can undertake some or all of a customer’s project requirements and have remote and regional implementations performed by our accredited installers.

Competition in many categories was so stiff this year that the judges had a hard time picking a winner.
